Robert G. Stout, Jr., MAI, Managing Partner, is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Certified General Real Estate in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and Illinois. He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. As a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Stout has served as Candidate Liason, Treasurer, Director, Vice President and President. In service to the Northwest PA chapter, Mr. Stout was selected as a representative for 3-years to the national Leadership Development and Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. and as a representative at national/international meetings. Additionally, Mr. Stout is also a member of the Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Areas of expertise include: apartments, subdivisions (single-family and condominium), office buildings, retail plazas/shopping centers, hotels/motels, restaurants, industrial facilities, mobile home parks, self-storage lockers, conservation and agricultural conservation easements, and appraisal reviews for a wide range of banking and governmental clients. Raymond J. Sammartino, MAI, SRA, is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. He is a graduate of Gannon University and has specialized in real estate appraisal for over 30 years. Mr. Sammartino is the past President of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, and the past President of the Northwest PA Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and has served as a member of the National Experience Review Panel for the Appraisal Institute. His areas of expertise include Eminent Domain (Condemnation) and tax appeals. Mr. Sammartino has qualified as an expert witness in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He specializes in the following appraisal types: apartments, office buildings, hotels, recreational properties, retail, rights-of-way, heavy and light industrial properties, and appraisal reviews for a wide range of banking and governmental clients.

Sergio S. Lo Presti, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. As a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, he has served as a chapter director and member of the nominating committee, and he is the current Vice President. Mr. Lo Presti is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, including majors in Real Estate and Finance, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. Appraisal experience includes participation in a wide variety of eminent domain (condemnation) appraisals throughout Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio including complex assignments requiring state-wide solicitation and collaboration with third-party specialists (e.g., machinery & equipment appraisers, architects, engineers, billboard professionals, etc.). Other areas of focus include single and multi-tenant medical and professional offices, industrial properties, restaurants, net-leased investments, and special-use properties (e.g., school campus, parking garage, rail yard, surgery center, sports event center, golf courses, recycling center, auto salvage yard, rail corridor, etc.). He has also conducted various impact studies and reduced marketability studies to ascertain the impact of external factors or reduction in property appeal (e.g., road exposure, airport exposure, proximity to elevated roadway or superstructure, reduced parking, restricted site functionality, diminished visibility, etc.).

Corey Wolbert, Staff Appraiser, is a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. Mr. Wolbert is a graduate of Clarion University (class of 2011) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; majoring in both Real Estate and Business Management and was a member of the University's Real Estate Association (Rho Epsilon). Corey joined our firm in June 2011 as a Staff Analyst. He has completed numerous appraisals in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York with special emphasis in the following property types: lodging properties (e.g., hotels, motels, and B&Bs), apartments, industrial properties, offices, net-leased investments, retail properties, special use properties (e.g., golf courses, gyms/athletic clubs, schools, etc.), and large residential estates.

Ms. Stufft gained 24 years experience as office manager, program director, station manager and director of special events for WSEE Television. Ms. Stufft joined Sammartino, Stout & Lo Presti, Inc. in 2008 as Office Manager/Administrator.
